If u have any of those installed it might not work , i looked trough my system and delete all of this but still there is this problem. rivatuner sonic suite cFosSpeed alienware command center LogiOverlay NZXT CAM (must be closed and computer restarted) Wallpaper engine NVIDIA Settings tray application Nahimic Sonic Studio MSI Afterburner Sonic radar 3 PS** Runelite has the exact same problem .. so i guess it has something to do with the Hardware Acceleration ?...
