yeah ive restarted client and also pc. redownloaded osbot. still showing status...

Try relaunching client, deleting osbot folder, disabling 3rd party programs like firewalls, anti viruses, MSI after burner, anything that is intended to inject or stop a program from functioning. Can also try changing DNS to google's DNS (8.8.8.8).

thank you Gunman. changing my DNS was the fix! appreciate your help.
