Hey, I can't use the RS MENU page (change pw, email, account display name, etc).

It says Access Denied, Error 15.
Can someone help? (MAC USERS)

@Rob1996 That's jagex's Incapsula/Impurva system to stop malicious visitors. Can be triggered by, IP, browser, some browser options, some browser extensions, etc. Every time you change something delete the cache for the webpage. May need to wait a couple hours sometimes as well.

This been for weeks, I can't use the RSMENU page service. I need to apply for a ban appeal and I can't, because of my IP.

It does that to only sometimes when I use my phone data but I just have to connect to any WiFi and it fixes it
