Rob1996 Posted May 3, 2021 Posted May 3, 2021 Hey, I can't use the RS MENU page (change pw, email, account display name, etc). It says Access Denied, Error 15. Can someone help? (MAC USERS)

Can be triggered by, IP, browser, some browser options, some browser extensions, etc. Every time you change something delete the cache for the webpage. May need to wait a couple hours sometimes as well.

It does that to only sometimes when I use my phone data but I just have to connect to any WiFi and it fixes it
