"This script support battleaxe( start with battleaxe in your invertory)"  is that mean I didn't do the hero quest, but I can buy battleaxe from other player  then put in my invertory same mean I equip on my hand?????? thanks for help

I think you need to do Hero's Quest to be able to use the Dragon Battleaxe.

You can't use it if you haven't done heros quest

it just means for the special attack and yes you have to use hero's to even equip dragon battle axe or dragon mace

Yes, you have to do Heroes' Quest to be ale to wield the dragon battleaxe.
