You need 75% favour there to do it. Wiki says XP rates can be well over 100k per hour even at low levels. There's basically just 6 different thieving locations/2 routes to run. Would go a long way to getting through those slow mid levels. It should be relatively safe, since there isn't a ton of clicks. Hope it's possible to add it, but I understand if you don't.
