Does anyone know if there are crossbans between OSRS and RS3?

Since RS3 popped up on Steam, I've been playing here and there.. but I was just curious, has anyone received a ban on RS3 while botting on OSRS? I know they can do IP bans, so I was just curious if anyone has experienced this before.

if u get banned on osrs u get banned on rs3 and if you get banned on rs3 u get banned on osrs
