So I have google cloud trial, can someone teach me how to make Socks proxies with it?

They're probably going to get you banned fast. I did the same with aws and had pretty bad results.

You will need to set up a Squid proxy server or a virtual network in Google, I have done something similar in Microsoft Azure and as @Camaro stated, You will get banned and lock incredibly fast.

 

You can get proxies relatively cheap w/o the hastle of what you're trying to do. The proxies are most likely public and thus may have been used prior for what you're doing. The proxies I use are $3 p/ proxy or if you're wanting a farm you can get them massively discounted.
