It doesn't matter how much fb someone has, if you look in past disputes you can see people with 1k+ fb being banned for scamming. Honestly it's just a gamble, not everyone is a scammer but most are. Buying level 3 accounts or low requirement gold farming accounts usually don't end up being recovered. You have a red flag with it being cheap so my advice is not to purchase it.

so if you are buying 10 mort myre fungus accounts from someone it's very unlikely they will recover the accounts because they know you will be botting them and there will be a high chance they will be banned when they are recovered.

High level requirement botting methods like zulrah accounts will get recovered instantly after purchase because the accounts go for 60m+
