Hi,

Is it possible to change the order of options so the mouse doesn't have to right click, move and left click? Instead it would only have to (shift) left click.

Nope. That's a feature for clients such as Runelite, Osbuddy, Konduit, etc. The vanilla OSRS client doesn't support that.
