1) PC on accs with 100 skill total, 20 hours + 10QP

2) PC on accs with 100 skill total, 10QP

1.) 1m - 1.5m

Maybe even less since you are the account owner, not them. Some people offer services for trade unlocked at 2m per account.

2.) 400k-500k.

I would think 600-800k is max that someone would pay long term. Because imagine paying 1.5m and making 50k/h chopping oaks

I'd pay 600k max

Out of personal interest, are there people who'd buy 1000 of these accounts in bulk?

I was planning on selling these but provide email access so they own the account fully.

Im thinking the 1.5m price tag is geared towards mules more. While the botted accounts could just bot for ~20 hours to get out of the requirement

If you make them decently cheap, yes.

If you don't, you'll still probably sell some to the people who are curious of the f2p botting state.
