Luring npc's at sorceress garden?

Have any of yall seen the world's where the npcs are lured so you can just run right thru for free thieving xp? I'm looking for the world if anyone could share

its been hotfixed so its useless again, but you were able to push like 185k xp/hr basically doing nothing due to the npc's being lured so you never got caught lol

used to be a way to just 1 click without luring in summer I'm sure? could be wrong though
