I just bought Perfectfighter a few hours ago, and I realized that it doesn't safespot adequately. Is it possible to get refunded? 

Hello! Make sure to set your safespot using the F6 hotkey, it will register your player's tile - please confirm if you tried this so I can help.

EDIT:

Safespot seems to be working, please make sure you set your tile otherwise it will not activate.
