Hi, there is no technical restrictions on using proxies of different countries that you live. But the most important thing is account locks. If you create account and play for a little bit on Canadian IP and then log in to UK IP your account will get locked (not banned), it can be easily unlocked in 5-10minutes work, but if you ran big bot farm this process could get taxing so that why creating and botting account on same IP is best option for them :)
