Help installing osbot

I click download on the website, press keep then when i try to open the file i downloaded it says open with? and i can choose an app to open the file with like internet explorer or something like that, i have java on my computer idk how to open the osbot or download it correctly. It says how do you want to open this .jar file.

Make sure you have not just any Java, but Java SE 8.  Can get it here

You don't have WinRar problem, but this still points you to setting java as the open as application
