Explanation: I purchased an account from Bifas back in June of 2018, everything has went well until today which now the account has been recovered and the information supplied is invalid for proper recovery.

Proof of purchase and name on the receipt.

I've placed @bifas86 in TWC and asked him to respond here as to why he's recovered the account.

I didnt recovered  the account, it was the oo of the account who recovered , i am just reselled it , now i am trying my best to contact the oo and find out what happened.

I assuming claiming for the wealth on the account is a no-go since it was about 700M

@Ayayron if you are able to prove (account name + items in proof) the wealth/stats then please provide what you have. Do you have the stats before you purchased the account, unfortunately TinyPic is no longer a service.

it seems the oo of the account dont respond to my messages, so I am willing to return the amount of 260usd which u payed for the acc but not more sorry for your lost buddy , just waiting for your pp email cuz our time zone appears to different very.

@bifas86 you are the OO. If you aren’t and you lied on your sale thread there’s a bigger issue there. The user has gained levels over the year and potential wealth and if provided he would need to be compensated for those if you are unable to return the account.

no, I dont agree with that because wealth on the account can be easely faked , so it imposible to know how much wealth was on the acc when it was recovered, the practises and vorious TOS on others sites dont include wealth losts on the refund amount of the accounts cuz its not realiable the photos can be easely faked , names of the accounts replaced by anothers and etc , and ye I am not the oo of the account again, so if the ayron is accept my refund of 260usd , then I can return it.

Been over 24 hours and no refund, also hasn't been replying to my DMs..

@bifas86 You have 48 hours to refund @Ayayron 1.3b ( 700m bank value which he shown proof of, 600m is current account value)

You should've thought better before lying about being OO and you have to take full responsibility.

In this time, @bifas86 has ignored my Discord DMs but continued playing Runescape via RuneLite & has made no effort in refunding or even acknowledging it other than claiming he's not responsible for wealth last Monday. 

It appears as if he's not going to refund anything at this point as well as proving that he was most likely the original owner & recovered it intentionally. 

User has been banned for not responding/refunding in given time, sorry for your loss.

If he wishes to return he has to refund you fully.
