The user has gained levels over the year and potential wealth and if provided he would need to be compensated for those if you are unable to return the account. In this time, @bifas86 has ignored my Discord DMs but continued playing Runescape via RuneLite & has made no effort in refunding or even acknowledging it other than claiming he's not responsible for wealth last Monday. It appears as if he's not going to refund anything at this point as well as proving that he was most likely the original owner & recovered it intentionally.
