Botting on account with a quashed ban?

Hey guys I know bans are inevitable and it all about extending the inevitable.

My question today is, If i were to purchase an account with a 3 month ago quashed ban or 6 month ago quashed ban, Are these types of accounts monitored more closely than non-black mark accounts?

I know it sounds like I'm answering my own question here but I really wanna get some community experience from you guys.

Prior to one of my accounts getting banned for RWT it had 5 quashed bans which were all around 6-1 year inbetween. I think it's more about luck than anything, As I've also had accounts that have had a quashed ban then perm banned for the next offence.
