Duel Arena conspiracy?

Recommended Posts

In fishy's latest YouTube video he allegedly exposes that shadow banning does happen
where targeted accounts used for staking & RWT get their stats invisibly lowered which make them lose all stakes.
he showed an account that was losing 40 stakes in a row which is nearly impossible & a short clip of an ex Mod saying,
that mod weath was keeping a lot of methods to himself.
I don't know if this truly happens fishy has been known for falsifying videos in the past
But if this does happen than could it be that they are staking those shaddow banned accounts themselves for personal gain?
knowing which accounts are shaddow banned they could easily wait for them to appear in the duel arena after work hours.

What are you guys thoughts on this?

Hmm, what I think. If this is 100% real, the 1 in 1 trillionth possibility for losing 40 times in a row speaks for itself. However the video creator as clearly have a bias to lie and falsify everything since he is promoting gambling site. Also it's hard to find logic from Jagex perspective. To fight RWT? Weeeell, doesn't think so. If they shadow ban some confirmed RWTrader who still has 10b for staking and he goes to get cleaned by some person now that person has 10b on his has and there is no use for that kind of money on the game so the incentive for him to try sell it is huge. So mainly creating more real world traders :D

you are making valid points the only reason shadow banning could potentially have a better effect long term than just straight
up banning is that those getting banned might view it as a learning process & will adjust their method to repeat it in a slightly different way but if a method isn't profitable than it will be less encouraging to try it again. they can simply just track the gold and ban others that RWT it but at least they made it less motivating for you to continue.
it's just a theory I don't know what goes on in their minds

You understand he made this video to advitise his gambling site. By showing that staking could be rigged he makes his viewers feel his site is better.

So don't believe everything he says.

Dual arena is always better then external sites as jagex has no financial incentive to rig the dual arena.

Also I believe fishy has been exposed for faking these types of videos before

yes I stated the same in my OP.
in one of his videos he had more dragon claws in his bank than that there were in the game ( when they just got released in 07 ) even mod ash called him out for it.
He is a very shady guy and not to be trusted but that does not mean that everything he says is untrue all the time thats why i was wondering what you guys thoughts were on this
but its clear that everyone thinks that this is just more BS from him
