Randomly started dropping 1 then harvesting 1. It eventually noted the items and continued. only happened at 1 allotment then moved on raked the follower patch continued to drop 1 harvest 1 then it noted after raking flower patch then continued as normal. 

 

update - Second time around this happened again seems to only be doing this 1 drop 1 harvest on cabbages as my other account is harvesting sweetcorn and hasn't ran into this.

You can't note cabbages at Falador patch, this creates some issues
