I really really really really (like I'd pay them $$$ and so would others) would like a super simple offline rsps that does this:

 

1x exp rate

classic era

only has lummy, east side of bridge is wildy

there is a ::lvl command

all skills

working cb

 

For someone who knows what they're doing, this could take them... okay 5hours, but I'm sure loads of people would donate and download, I just don't know Java and even if I learned (which I really want to do) idk if I'd be able to make something that complex :s

I have a buddy who is pretty skilled with java. I'll ask him if he would be interested. How much are you talking about paying?

There's not many RSC servers out there though. It's hard to find one.
