If the login is a random email, are you providing that EMAIL login to the customer? If it is a random email, that means you don't use it for personal use, so you should be able to hand the email over along with the account correct? Changing the email does NOTHING as you know other than let them recover the account if they forgot the password, it doesn't help them further than that.

Email was made over 4 years ago just for this account and i have no access to it whatsoever...i linked the account to my main email a week after account creation and its been linked to it since then.
