For "banrates" I can only tell you that the account I run this script on to make sure its running flawless is still going strong after 90 mining which is like 200 hours i think. The only legitimate official sources for banrates are Jmod Weath and http://osrsbanrates.com/ , anyone else who is telling you about banrates has no insider info on jagex so their opinion is worthless
