I just got back into playing osrs again after a few months. I was wondering...
Is NMZ still the best melee training strat in the game?

If so, what gear should I use on my zerk (75-92-45) with 55 PRAYER to get 99 str?

Yes is it. You should use whatever you best in slot melee gear is.

Thanks, got this covered. Just not sure which bosses to use these days since there are no updated nmz guides the last few weeks for zerks.

That’s because nothing has changed.. you still use the same dreams as you would have prior. The fact you’re a zerker makes no difference as to what bosses you should do. You’re not disadvantage, you have 45 defence as opposed to 70/99. Absorb potions and super combats once you can afford them.
