Is NMZ still the best melee training strat in the game? If so, what gear should I use on my zerk (75-92-45) with 55 PRAYER to get 99 str? Thanks in advance!

"Zerker helm Torture ammy Fire/infernal cape Torso Rune/gilded legs Rune/gilded boots Barrows gloves Rune defender Dscim/whip/abby dagger/bludgeon/blessed ss"

Just not sure which bosses to use these days since there are no updated nmz guides the last few weeks for zerks.

That’s because nothing has changed.. you still use the same dreams as you would have prior. The fact you’re a zerker makes no difference as to what bosses you should do. You’re not disadvantage, you have 45 defence as opposed to 70/99. Absorb potions and super combats once you can afford them. Edited September 18, 2019 by Space
