only buy from trusted or create your own and have it trained

recovery info/email amount to shit, OO can always recover

purchase with paypal so you are covered - at least for a while

the best tip for buying accounts is this.

 

DO NOT BUY ANY ACCOUNTS THAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE ORIGINAL OWNER SPENT A SHIT LOAD OF TIME AND EFFORT WORKING ON.

as soon as they want to start playing again they will recover the account

 

if its some acc that someone trained 70-70-70 to sell thats different, but really never buy an acc that has completionist type shit done on it or you will basically have a much higher chance of getting scammed

Accounts can always be recovered by the original owner.

Honestly I don't think you should be buying very high level accounts from people (more than 1800 total level). They have spent a lot of time on that account and will most likely recover it back. It's best to buy accounts that a low level imo.
