Trying to figure out how much I should expect to pay for an account with the following stats.  So far its taking a while to bot an account with them.

 

44 RC
50 Agil
52 Theiv
41 Hunter
30 Cooking
65 Fishing
27 Farming
34 WC
50 Slayer
42 Range
50+ Mining (having gold nuggets is a plus) 
 

No quest or other requirements.  Some skills like farming/wc/cooking that are lower level could be over looked.  Dont care if the account was 100% botted as long as it has no history of bans.

Not too much I wouldn't say - only stats worth noting is rc, agil and slayer...  10-20$?
