I'm not 100% on balance, I think it can be disputed even if it's from PayPal balance.. Maybe someone else can confirm

EVERY payment with paypal can be disputed, be it paypal balance, paypal credit, banktransfer through paypal, echeck through paypal, credit card through paypal, debit card. THats why there is a premium on 07 gp price when paying with paypal.

PayPal doesn't cover NON-TANGIBLE items, this should help a lot of yall
