You’re on a botting site full of threads, scripts and people sharing ideas. I think you’ve answered your own question my friend 

Yes alot of people still bot, mostly gold farmers

Else bot smartly using breaks ect ect.

yeah bots still go hard, haven't botted myself in years but a lot of people can do it for a pretty decent period if they're smart about it.

look up willy bankloot on youtube if u wanna see how someone goes with OSBot.

You can still have success if you want a main, maxing might be a challenge but good stats for raids or PvP are obtainable, although it will take a while.
