Take a 20 minute break every 1 hour if you wanna be really safe also don't bot rock crabs bot something else.

Rock crabs has a very high ban rate. I'd suggest doing something in the barbarian stronghold.

In regards to your original question, how safe is botting after a 2 day ban, not too safe.

I'd say its a bit risky, and the next ban is permanent.

i got banned for 2 days, after the 2 day ban was back to botting 6 hours straight daily no futher action has been taken on my account

its still very safe they don't monitor you once u got a ban i've been botting for 10hrs plus on other things i was banned from wcing though.

anyways rock crabs = 100% bannable if not talking it such a high ban rate u need to babysit all day

well with 07 as dead as it is I wouldn't imagine finding a spot would be a problem? 

I botted 1 day then 2 day ban another day perm ban LOL fail

tbh it just depends on what you are botting, i got banned using the range guild over night 1 time then botted ankous for 6 hours straight and still not been banned

Well we will see how it goes I suppose. I think I'll babysit and try and find some quieter NPCs rather than rock crabs

I was able to bot for around 2 weeks with a 2 day ban lol. And that was at Catherby Yews
