Are you set on it being over team viewr? Dbuffed services does infernal capes

Was it Pink Clay? something similar pre sure

Only thing is Pink Clay is in US and this guy is in AU so might be some latency over TV. He would need someone in closer proximity to do it. Pink Clay also did my infernal so can vouch for him on that over TV but then again him and I are only a few miles apart from each other. 

there is a way without using tv which it uses ur IP and lets the caper get you the cape on ur Ip as long as you have decent net this would be the best option for those countries i have gotten infernal cape twice with this method
