Never had these problem before. Tried looking for an Osbot folder to delete and redownload fresh but simply doesnt work.

Tried everything I found on the internet and forums and yet cannot find a good solution. This is a new laptop with new java etc.. so everything should be fresh updated.

I believe you need to use java 8 for the client to work properly (new versions will not work). Try deleting your other versions and run the client again with java 8 😛

I'm not 100% this will fix your problem, but it might.. so it's worth a try.

Deleted my java and reinstalled java 8 like you suggested and did not work

I don't remember if this was for something else but also try downloading  the java sdk
