I've ran it on 3 accounts 16+ hours a day for 4 weeks straight at nmz without leaving until the ban hammer got me. I also ran it on numerous other accounts with no bans, however; using a bot has more options and is more reliable. Also, the delay can be whatever you want really, just do it smartly and not faster than what a human hand would be able to click.
