First step, get a good script I made it to 156 hours? I am sure I could have gone much longer but I wasn't trying to leave my computer online for ever. Also set it to take some breaks in between each game to be a bit safer I took 1-15 minute naps but I'd advise 1-30 minutes like OP says I think.
