What is happening is terrible, killing your own people for having their own thoughts is just plain wrong. However that said, I do not think America should be trying to interfere with the problem, specially not trying to take leadership. What is really the main concern for them to try and prevent any attacks, it isn't to safe guard their own country. America is fully capable of taking defensive measures which would prevent any kind of threat.

Obviously, during the time and age, the only way to expand your power/country is to either partner up, or invade and concur. That is what I believe is happening, I believe 9/11 (Today) was a conspiracy to wage war with suspected terrorists. Obviously, gaining a land which in oil would create jobs, and also bring in billions of dollars annually.

I am sure people may agree, and sure many will disagree, but that is my two cents.

The US should stay the fuck out of it. They're creating enemies they don't need. This is coming from a US citizen.

This is true US don't know anything though

Today (PDT) is the 12th anniversary (not the same time) that, allegedly members of Al Qaeda crashed commercial airliners into the World Trade Center and Pentagon, causing air travel to be a hassle.... But that's not what should be remembered, but more the people.  Everyone who was affected like the victims of 9/11 and even the innocent people who were killed in Iraq and in Afghanistan who weren't.

At the time of 9/11, I was only 6 years old and basically had no idea at the time what had happened.

Now it seems that any conflict or issue in the Middle-East will be confronted with U.S. involvement.

In short 9/11 has created an "Age of Fear."

Answer me this : What are we gaining from invaiding Syria?

I can answer it for you - nothing.

No one ever said invade -- What American leaders are suggesting would basically be air strikes on certain objectives that may sway the civil war and or get rid of chemical weapons

NO military intervention pls.
