Should i train my zulrah accounts by doing say 5 hours of alching and 5 hours of NMZ or should i just alch for 8-10 hours straight (with breaks) and then after getting desired level switch to NMZ training?

Well, by common botting "rules" it would be smarter to switch as often as you can :)
