Currently doing Fire Wave at NMZ getting 70k/hr and also some extra hp exp.

Not willing to risk my pure by doing it. So I am looking to burst instead maybe, but no clue where to go and if NMZ is worth it to burst.

Burst at MM cave, since you finished MM.

There are some bosses you can burst, I believe there is a guide for that

i do this on my main, dont bot it only marco recorder on it as it has 2 temp ban on it all ready so im not willing to risk botting.

i did teley alching to about 73ish, all so done super heat marco on it and fletching and as my account is high risk now from temps as long as you dont over do it you will be ok.

I'm already 85, but looking to get 94 now as fast as possible.

im more showing that it has risk but no were near as much as botting if you do it right. as you just replying you playing the game on the client off you pick.

as you just record your self playing it a hour a time and mix up the recorded marco you play, i have about 20 hours off marcos for maigc and flatching and just use it 1/2 hours a time, and stun alching is 175kish a hour so it good EXP, well better than you get in NMZ

Bursting Skeletons @ Ape atoll. Its like 200k xp per hour.

Since he's a pure and has MM done, there is no way to get back to Ape Atoll without talking to the elf and getting def exp.

It's okay! That's what were here for.  

You can always Stun alch its click intensive but its like 170k xp per hour or you can just do Barrows teleport its like 150k xp per hour or you can do Kourend teleports for 125k xp per hour.

I am a 1 defence pure, so what do you mean with Barrows/Kourend teleports?
