Before when i had to get my str up i botted at Experiments for atleast 6hrs all avo

been fishing there 17 hours still no ban. Hopefully i get 10k lobsters today

It has the highest alleged ban rate of any activity in the game. I'd do fletching or something. I currently bot fletching like 10 hours a day, alternating between 2 accounts (totaling 15-20 hours a day).. No ban.

in EOC, not old school.. you could fish swords, tuna lobbies at karamja free area, then use an npc to note them.. for a price.

 

however at this time, you can still fish swords, tuna, and lobbies there, but have to tp out to bank, then travel back.

 

using glory, you can do edgeville, then back to karamja and you are right there....

those are convenient, you can recharge them free...

 

as for being banned or not there, no idea

I would stop botting there immediately, that's an extremely high ban rate right now.
