Best Static residential proxy?

As title states, i'm looking for a static residential ip that doesn't DC every now and then

 

I'm currently using geosurf but it's unstable and dcing every 20-40 minutes(maybe i'm just using it wrong?),

 

ideally it'd be no more than $400/m
