Heya, it's been long since I've botted and right now I have a fun little project of getting 99 ranged with the rest of the skills pretty much 1 ? 
Might diverse things soon by hitting up slayer and getting some quests in but for now this will be the main course

Things like nechies and gargoyles will make you extremely nice cash at higher level.

I would suggest even on the low levels, collect anything mithril+ and the harralander+ herbs as they stack up quick, and obviously ranarr+ herbs if you don't mind taking farming route in the future.

Have a look at @Juggles progressive fighter, he has custom loot/areas etc.
