It's a known issue. Jagex have a new tutorial that occurs roughly 5% of the time.

Currently working on a fix for this.

Tried 4 different accounts and didnt work at all.

Not 5% anymore, more like 80% now.

Ok I will express this fix as it seems to be fairly critical now.

Apologies that this has taken soo long. I have a fairly busy work schedule. 

just bought this totally busted wont fill in name etc after that i do that manually wont start on tutorial island completion  hope to see a hotfix

Thank you for the update! Nonetheless, there seems to be a bug at the end of the new tutorial island, they won't click the Teleport to Lumbridge spell.

Thanks, I'll take a look.

I had an issue casting the spell while testing so I changed it to click the widget instead. I'll see if I can come up with something even more reliable. 

"can't reach" when it enters the bank and needs to click on the poll thing and then just stands there. Manually clicked on the poll thing and it kept doing everything itself after that.-

can i have trial?
