Zulrah From Scratch

I am in need of another zulrah account to be made from scratch. here's what i'm looking for:

ava's accumulator
imbued god cape (zamorak to be specific) 
regicide quest line
any pre-requisite quest/stats for anything mentioned

all to be hand done.

i will provide a bond on a level 3 account with 7qp that was hand made by me. any other supplies will be provided by you and their price is to be included in your price.
you will be given a password change link before starting the service so only you, and any worker of yours you notify me of, will have access to the account for the duration of the service. should the account be banned while under your custody you will receive no payment and will refund me the price of the bond that was given.
