Yes, I've watched it for a couple hours and looks like it happens if someone attacks it at the same time as you. I don't think there is a fix for it, especially if its mirror mode.

Same as with any script. GO to settings -> Edit your breaks. 

You can select in the GUI if you want to break in a specific location or just go to the bank

I cant loot anything. It literally doesnt pick up anything on the loot list I made

You're typing the items in incorrectly then. Read the thread for a detailed guide on how to loot items

Thats weitd cause its looting things I havent typed like big bones and guam leafs and junk? But it wont loot brimstone keys or clue scrolls. I typed all items as they are in game with caps. So what am I doing wrong?

So heres the loot tab settings. It picks up everything, including regular bones... but it doesnt pick up brimstone keys. How do I get it to stop picking up junk?

Well yeah you didn't follow what the thread saiD. you're typing in items incorrectly. You need to type it with a comma after each item, do not start on a new line

 

Should dead as following:

Red, Blue, Green, etc

Heres my loot page now. Still doesnt work. Still picks up bones. 

I did everything exactly as said, and included the screenshot. The script literally picks up everything including ashes, bones, guam leaves but doesnt pick up the useful things (brimstone keys, clue scrolls)

Having problem looting using telegrab.  Im attacking a caged monster but wont telegrab the items.  The telegrab worked yesterday but today its not working.

Hey the telegrab feature currently only supports items typed in the box
