Ok So I'm doing this list based on guys that have been going hard for awhile now and consistently drop bombs but are still unrecognized by the general public and even hip hop fans in general.

Best rhymer in the game right now IMO. Tech is a Vet of Rap, not many people know but hes been going at it for many years. better version of Pac and Biggie IMO.

Dizzy is labeled as a wiz khalifa type weed rapper but as he is maturing hes consistently dropping bombs. Better version of Wiz IMO. Also the best member of Funk Volume. I know SwizZz and Hopsin are sick but there not consistent with puttin shit out there..
