Hi there, I am a casual player (used to play a lot in the early days). I am currently playing my main on runelite and started a bot account. If i never bot my main, is there much risk to getting it banned while I bot my alt? I am using mirror mode and botting ~4 hours per day. Curious on everyone's thoughts. Thanks!

If your going to be trading the bot on your main there is a chance you can get banned, very low chance though. If not you shouldnt get banned.

Since both are on same IP, there is a chance that your main could get banned but like @FuryShark said, it happens quite rarely.

It is the same IP. Will not be interacting with the bot at all from my main. That's good to know that it is not common though. Thanks guys

You can always make a mule account to xfer the items/gold from ur bot acc. Then trade the stuff from ur mule to ur main. Expect lots of bans on ur bots but ur main should be iight. Mine always have been

my main has had no issues so far, i bot 2-3 accounts on the same I.P i play on my main acc with . so you should be fine ...

I do the same thing, just dont ever bot on the main account or you risk a ban.

People forget that you really dont have to ''trade''

when i mule i just drop the gp in a corner of the GE and stand with my other account on it.

Only way you get banned is via an IP chain ban, which is very unlikely for just 1 bot acc, then again a legit main of mine was banned in 2015 just because returnofwild logged into it for a few hours so who knows what jamflex process is

should be fine, if need be just make an acc for transferring resources to main

btw u will 90% end up botting main one day xd

 

i boted for years on same IP played my main manualy, never had problems...got over 100 accounts banned on that ip

i do the same, play main and bot alt not ban on main yet.

just dont ever use bot on your main

you can always use proxy as to avoid any chance to ban ur main acc
