Mald or Decode will have to change the order

scripter 1 doesnt have access to VIP section though, so in terms of features VIP is better

Unless it was recently changed I'm pretty sure Scripter 1 has all VIP privileges.

I did not get access to the forum VIP section until i was scripter 3, but you have all VIP privs on the client, such as no ads / unlimited clients open
