I will provide you with a fresh registered acc. 
You will have to turn it into a zulrah ready acc with 85 magic, 85 ranged, 70 def and 60 prayer.
You will have to get the stats for the quests as well (such as 51 agi).
Regicide questline and god cape 1 is a must, other than that you can do any quest you'd like.

Must be hand done.
You cover the supplies and bond(s) cost. Paying 120m for this, 3.5 weeks ETA.
You will be paid upon completion of the service.
I have the right to ask for up to a 4 days cool down after the job is completed.
You can provide screenshots or a video to avoid this.
I don't always have gp on my mules so you might receive the payment 24-72 hours after completion/cool down.

Payment method: 07 gp. If you want btc I can sell gp to a gold site and provide your address. Keep in mind that means gold site rates, of my choice.

Note: I can take this with 90 magic and 90 ranged instead. (170m and 5 weeks ETA).
