I have one final thing left for completing my profile which is bothering me and that is my name i want to change it hence why i am asking if i can change my name again?

When you achieve VIP+ status as @Mio said you unlock the other sections to the forums, with these you are able to receive a name change and user title change etc. I believe it was changed a while ago (mio can confirm) to the point of having to request.

Yes VIP required to change names and you get vip section and a thread to change your member title! Thanks!
