He says thay I left him a Netural feedback for outsourcing so he’s left one back for that He says “I outsourced him twice too”. 1. I outsourced him once as a Free Lancer and this was approved by the Customer @niyajuan 2. The Reason why I left him a Neutral is due to him outsourcing WITHOUT PERMISSION and causing hassle and wasted time for my customer. Evidently as seen in his dispute he also lied prior to admitting to hiw wrong-doings.
