what kind of pking are you trying to do? Technically speaking you shouldn't need any client with perks, but I had a period where I used ahks in everything from switching robes to 1t speccing (gmaul/ags+gmaul). Even prayers lol. Did this on *sbuddy but the old me would've used run*lite

I believe runelite shows you their hp? if not you could potentially add one since it's open source I believe.

just google osrs pk client. should be the first result, its ight but its kinda shitty design but its designed for mainly pkers for sure
